Hey all, just reporting in to see what you guys think of how things have gone for me.
First off my routine, typically I’d do about 10 min of stretching, up until about 3 weeks ago I’d only done downward stretching (lig stretching), but now am doing only tunica stretching. *Note* I only got in 1 good week of tunica stretching, then for two weeks I was away with family, lots of family, so stealth PE was very difficult, and it was a very light routine for 2 weeks. Then I do about 10 minutes of jelqing, which I think I’ll need to increase, and possibly start some uli’s. I’d done PE before, but my results were poorly documented, and I took about 8-10 months off between last time and this, maybe even more.
When I restarted PE this summer (about may 29) my stats were:
EG: 5 1/4”
BPEL: 6 3/4”
NBPEL: 5 3/4”
*Another note, my EG stats are for midshaft, and probably innacurate since I was using a tape measure, the hard kind, and just bending it around my penis. I’ve now got a cloth measuring tape, and will start doing it with that. ALSO my fat pad is clearly large lol, so my unit still looks a bit smaller than reality which kinda sucks.
Current Stats: (measured last night)
EG: 5 3/8”
NBPEL: 5 15/16”
Although I’ve finally hit 7 inches, this means I’ve gained about an inch since I actually started over a year ago (before the massive break), it still looks fairly average due to my fat pad. I also believe that my slower results were due to the fact that I had continued lig stretching, but my LOT (which I found out later) was very very low. So, I’m pumped to see what tunica stretching will yield, and what an increase in jelqing will yield as well, and it seems I need to hit the gym to hopefully try and trim down the fat pad, if fat will even disappear from that area of course.
