I’m working hard on trying to figure out if I simply have an EQ problem or something else.

First, some background. I’m overweight, and I know it. I’m currently exercising and eating right. I have around 38 lbs to lose and hoping to have them all shed by this summer.

I know being overweight will have an effect on EQ, but not sure if it contributes to all of this. Would like some input to know if I have a problem that can/cannot be fixed through PE and if most of this is weight related or if there might be some other issues.

1. My erections never point straight out, definitely not up. If standing, the tend to point down. Reason is I have a hard time getting to 100% erection until I reach PONR. At PONR I sometimes point straight out. I’d like to get to 100% without experiencing an orgasm. I’m wondering if I have a weakness around the base of my penis. Even during foreplay/intercourse the base of my penis seems flimsy. For instance, if I am laying down with a pretty good erection, I usually will fall off to the side and not point directly out.

Thoughts?

2. I have a hard time maintaining an erection without stimulation. In fact, while jelqing, I’ll often lose erection a bit.

Is it a chance that both of these are related to being overweight and having less than stellar circulation?

I’m working on getting back into a newbie routine and plan to add pumping in the near future. My last PE was successful as I added length and a bit of girth, but right now I’m wanting to get EQ good again.

Do you do kegel exercises?

Kegel. Do 50 of them, holding each for 5 seconds with 2 seconds in between. After you do 50, rest for about 10 seconds then hold 1 big one for as long and as tight as you can. Do this twice a day.

After a month of doing them twice a day, do as many as you can with 2 seconds in between, still holding 1 for as long as you can at the end.

After doing this, I’ve noticed I get wooded up SUPER hard with like very little stimulation, my cum is extremely creamy and I shoot it farther than I ever have in my life.

Also, don’t masturbate. At least don’t ejaculate. I edge to practice not cumming, but if you can’t do that without cumming, don’t even try it because it’s hard to not wanna cum when you edge.

Trust me, your problem will be cured with that routine.

Questions for you

Do you smoke?

Do you drink excessive amounts of alcohol?

Do you take any medication?

Are you stressed out a lot?

If you find you are saying yes to any of these they lower our EQ!!

Also erections are linked with blood circulation. I was informed from a fellow pe member that cayenne pepper and ginger powder greatly increase blood flow.

You should try 1 table spoon of each in a tea or shot of water twice a day. I am going to try this and will report back to thunders if I get any success.

Being overweight can contribute, yes. How old are you?

I am 29. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. Only meds I take are just ocassional antibiotics. I knew weight could be an issue, hence why I am working hard to lose it.

I have done kegals in the past but always felt I was not doing them right, contracting the wrong muscles and such.

If you can stop yourself from peeing, then you can do kegels correctly.

Drink a lot of water and you’ll be forced to use the muscle every day. That is a way to train it indirectly. Try it.

I’m back to drinking a lot of water. In fact, outside of protein shakes and the ocassional V8 and orange juice, water is all I drink. Its part of my exercise/diet program. I’ve often wondered if the extra fat pad is weighing my penis down a bit, or rather pushing it down to where a straight out erection is not possible.

So from the feedback from this thread so far:

1. Yes, weight may have some effect. Losing weight will probably help.
2. Do kegels.

My goal is to eventually wake up at 5:00 - 5:15am and do 30 minutes of PE followed by my exercise routine. Right now I’m just waking up in enough time to do my exercise.
