Curious about what to expect as a beginner?

Hello there everybody,

Last night I did the Newbie Routine for the first time, and it felt pretty accomplishing. I’ve been registered to Thunders for some time now but I have not had time to really begin the PE journey until now. What are some things I should be expecting? I understand that PE is a process that takes time to see results, but what could be some signs or signals that I’m getting the most out of each session? Something I noticed after my first session for example was a small dot on my shaft, would that be a good or bad sign? (Also, I am not experiencing any pain - if that information helps at all.)

Thanks to whoever can get back to me!

Was the dot there before you started? Most guys never really look at their penis and then they notice something that has been there forever and freak out about it.

No the dot wasn’t there - I’m not too concerned about it either way: I just wanted to know what sort of sign it was.

Is it red?

This is off-topic, but I just had to note that we have the exact same measurements in every possible way. Freaky.

As for the question itself, you develop information about PE by practising it yourself, trying different things with caution and keeping an eye on how your unit reacts to them. Your physiology is yours and what works for some might not work for you. I actually think that is the main reason why PE has stayed such an underground phenomenon, and why a lot of people don’t stick with PE. But there are some universal guidelines about physiological indicators that you should keep an eye on: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Hope you succeed in your efforts.
