ive been peing for maybe 4 months now with very little to any gains at all, never really had a routine just stretching in the shower and some jelqing here and there but ive noticed the ligs in my penis have gotten alot thicker, i want to get a routine going but am worried ive already ruined my chances because i haven’t stuck to a routine. what’s your LOT? Stretching based on LOT will help you alot and you have to be consistent.
