Hey guys

From last two weeks I felt a change in my intercourse routine. I am blowing (cumming) out very quickly. Overall I am OK for the size as I PE for 7 months also do it some time. I don’t think what you’re experiencing is particularly uncommon. I would say that maybe you should do some kegel work (you may be doing this already so I apologise if this sounds too basic or patronising). Doing kegels should help you have more control over when you ‘blow your load’. Many people claim that since doing kegels they can practically ‘hold it in’ for as long as they like.

As H_g said, kegels are a good way to exercise your BC muscle; the primary muscle involved in the ejaculation process. If you decide to do the kegels, I suggest that you do it everyday. It will ultimately lead to better control of your orgasms. The good thing about kegels (as I’m sure you know) is that you can do them almost anywhere: the shower, at work, in the car on the way to work, ect. If you want to last longer, try doing some kegels if you haven’t already.

Thanks for the answer. I agree Kegels can help me and I will continue to do them but I felt another thing that a “Touch” is really the thing my penis don’t like. During sensation I normally afraid to touch my penis because it takes me to the heights of sensation. My penis is rock hard but the sensation increases even if a finger is placed on it. jerry_yasir , have you tried “double wrapping” your cock with 2 condoms?
This would decrease the sensitivity, possibly enough for you to last a while longer. You could progress from 2, to 1, to unwrapped, with practice… speaking of practice, most guys last longer the second time around, so don’t be afraid to get it up and try again!

If your penis is very sensitive, I suggest that you try “edging”. The main purpose of this technique is to get you more acquanted with your penis and the stages it goes through before you reach orgasm. Next time you have some alone time to yourself, get some vaseline (or lotion, BUT definately not soap) and work yourself into an erection. To start off, rate your arousal on a scale of 1 to 10; 1 being that you are not aroused at all, and 10 being the point where you orgasm.

This part is important: start-off very slowly at first. Try going from a 1 to a 4 on your individual arousal scale. Once you reach 4, bring it back down to 1 again. Then, the next time go up to about a 6 and stay there for as long as possible without your arousal rate increasing. Once you start to feel your arousal rate go up, bring it back to a 1. Keep doing this process until you reach the point where you cannot go any higher without cumming. BUT DO NOT ORGASM! I know this is hard, but this is the most important part of edging. If you don’t orgasm you will eventually get used to these new sensations and your staying power will increase because you will be able to recognize how aroused you are and what steps you need to take to bring yourself back down. Thanks for the reply. As most of the moderators suggests at the forums about the searching I did some search few days back and heard about Edging. I have tried it few times in past but did not make it regular. You mentioned in the quoted message that “Some thing is in my mind”. Yes you are true. I was probably thinking too much about my penis at the time of intercourse. This makes it sensitive in my mind and I just Organism quickly. Thanks for the lovely tip. I tell you it worked out last night. I was simply careless about my penis and have the most enjoyable time of last two months last night. I understand your message about Edging and will give it a try in cumming days.

I shoot anywhere between 30 seconds to an hour on average. I once lasted over an hour and a half with my gf, but recently it has been much quicker.

Anyhoo, glandmaster has the idea, double wrapping works, aswell as the second time sex. Have some real good foreplay and say cum in a 69er, then as soon as you can get it back up again (about 15 minutes for me) then go for it, make sure you give her plenty of intimate attention in between though to keep her in the mood.
