Routine Advice
Hello, I’m an above average athlete, avid student, and good looking bigger guy. I have been doing PE for about 6 months, usually every other day if not everyday, with minimal gains. I started out with a BPEL: 6.25” and about a MSEG: 4.75”. I have been doing PE exercises while in the shower. I warm up with a warm wash cloth wrapped around my shaft and maybe 2-3 minutes total of straight out, down, or up stretches such as 50 straight out jelqs or 50 pulling down with an OK grip starting at the base and working my way to the head. When I am trying to work on girth I do these jelqs with about a 70-80% erection and when I am working on length with about a 40-50% erection. I usually stop after my penis becomes pinkish and the tissues are minimally sore. I usually warm down with a couple minutes of having a hot wash cloth wrapped around my shaft again. I haven’t gained any length or girth, however I have occasionally noticed my ability to have a harder erection, however I’m doing PE to gain in those areas. Any possible changes to my routine to help me achieve gains?
