Hi,

I’m 31yo 5ft 6.5’ tall at a muscular 91.5kg. My current penis size is 5.5” length x 5.3/4” girth erect. My immediate goal is 7”L and what ever girth I could get along the way would be a bonus!

My proposed routine is as follows..

4 sets of jelks consisting of 25 reps with 5 mins of pumping in between sets @ 5hg 4x per week.

Increasing jelks by 10 reps and pump time by 1 min weekly.

Any input would be great.

Welcome moresize. Your planned routine hits more girth than length; also, pumping isn’t exactly the best way to get ‘immediate goals’. I think you should stay on the newbie routine for at least three months and see what you get by.

I have already purchased the pump, so how would I go about incorporating pumping into the “newbie routine” if possible?

I know having that pump makes it almost irresistable, but as marinera said your best bet is the newbie routine and to avoid pumping until you have exhausted the usefulness of jelqing and manual stretching.

If I were you, I’d definitely, if anything, add some kind of stretches to your routine. Jelqing is more for girth/little bit of length than mainly length. Stretches are for length.

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

I would listen to Marinera on this one and do the newbie routine.
But if I was going to do it anyway without listening to his advice I would probably do it this way to be safe:

Like maybe 30 minutes of 3hg once a day 2 days on 1 day off.
(To follow on the same days as the Newbie routine)
Not enough pressure to cause damage but enough to make a difference in the long run.

I suggest do the Newbie routine then to finish it off afterwords with the pumping because that seems like a logical order to keep the cells stretched and full.

But that is only if you can’t control yourself and have to use your pump.
Otherwise the Newbie routine is your best bet like Marinera said.

Don’t pump

Just concentrate on jelqing and stretching

Simplicity and consistency!
