Critique my routine
I’m 31yo 5ft 6.5’ tall at a muscular 91.5kg. My current penis size is 5.5” length x 5.3/4” girth erect. My immediate goal is 7”L and what ever girth I could get along the way would be a bonus!
My proposed routine is as follows..
4 sets of jelks consisting of 25 reps with 5 mins of pumping in between sets @ 5hg 4x per week.
Increasing jelks by 10 reps and pump time by 1 min weekly.
Any input would be great.
