Haven’t official measured, I measured probably a year ago out of curiosity but didn’t look into it to hard so I really don’t know if it is accurate. I am not concerned about size, so measuring at this point in time it isn’t a need to do thing. I will get around to it. I may even be remembering the wrong numbers.

Reason for doing PE:

For me, I don’t have any negative confidence. I get girls off fine, I get my girlfriend of every time and if I don’t god gave me fingers and a tongue. I am doing this to just improve on what I am already good at. You can never be the best and I love the feeling of a girl thinking about you after you two have split. Like man I miss that guy.

Will do man, thanks! Would you say adding 10 minutes of Jelq a week is decent? So around 200 Jelq’s at 3 seconds apiece each week till I get up to an hour of jelqing.

An hour of jelqing is too damn much :(

Some of the routines like Sizemeister’s have an hour of Jelqing.

If you want you can go for the linear routine and add about 10 jelqs per week/session. adding 10 minutes everytime is too much! you need your penis to adapt!

Arginine is an amino acid. Just so you know, amino acids should be taken on an empty stomach. 20-30 minutes before eating or about 2 hours after eating.

What kind of arginine are you taking? When (what time of day)? And why 1,000 Mg? How much water are you drinking? Argnine requires the body be well-hydrated.

Zinc supplementation on its own is not typically necessary for most adults in the US. However most folks do need more magnesium than they typically get.

A ZMA supplement is probably not a bad idea (zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6). ZMA is best taken before bed on an empty stomach (2 hours after eating your last meal and at least 30 minutes prior to any other supplements). ZMA should not be taken after eating, especially if there’s any calcium based food in the meal (cheese, milk, whey protein, etc.), because calcium blocks the absorption of zinc.

Take your zinc supplement with a glass of milk, or coffee with half & half, or a bagle and cream cheese, etc., and you may as well just take the money you spend on it and rip it up.

I typically do a regimen of aminos first thing in the morning: glutamine (5 g), arginine (3g) and BCAAs (10 g) (branch chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine, at ratio of 4:1;1), a half hour before I eat. I do the same again about a half hour before I work out (you do work out, don’t you?) and then just glutamine (5 g) and BCAAs (10 g) after I work out. ZMA an hour before bed and then glutamine (5 g) and arginine (3g) immediately before bed. The arginine I use is di-ethyl arginine.

1,000 Mg of plain super market or drug store variety L-arginine a day is not likely to make an appreciable difference for you. Then again… why are you taking it?

I’m taking it as a part of a body-building program, for example. If you’re just taking it for PE, save your money.

I do crossfit 5 days a week, along with a mixture of tricking, parkour, and tumbling. I take way more than just that for supplements. I probably drink over a gallon of water a day. I don’t eat or drink any type milk product so that rules all that out. So I just take my Zinc and all my other vitamins and supplements with water. Water and cranberry juice, grape juice and tea is all I drink. Right now I take generic arginine as my weightlifting supplements haven’t come in yet. I take all my vitamins in the morning on an empty stomach. I am taking this to overall increase orgasm and everything involved. I hope I answered all that? Thanks man!
