While I feel compelled to tell you that is a questionable idea; it is exactly what I did back in the day. ;)

FYI: Multivitamins and all fat soluble vitamins (vitamin E, for example) need to be taken with food; they need to bind to food to have a chance to be absorbed. Most daily vitamin supplements are primarily fat soluble.

An exception is Vitamin C… doesn’t matter empty or full as it is both water soluble and fat soluble.

Aminos need an empty stomach and 30 minutes or so to be absorbed. Otherwise they just bind to food and are largely passed through your system.

If you are just taking this stuff for orgasms, take 3 or 4 grams of L-arginine 45 minutes before you have sex (on an empty stomach).

It’ll work a lot better than taking it in the morning with a handful of other pills.

Also: I’m with iamaru, you don’t really need much more than 25 or so concentrated Kegels daily. Anything more is just more, but not really better. It’s not really going to be of any particular benefit - unless you happen to enjoy it, in which case knock yourself out. There’s no substitute for fun.

Ascorbyl Palmitate is the fat soluable form of Vitamin C. This just hit the supplement stores recently and is welcome as to it’s slower to leave the body. All other Vitamin C’s you’ll see for sale are water soluable and will be completely out of your system typically in 4 hours, unless you are taking something (ALA or Reduced L-Glutathione) that helps your body recycle vitamin C.

Starting: 5.5" BPEL, 5.0" MSEG (Jan 2012). Current (4/9/2012) 5.75" BPEL

Immediate Goal: 6.5" x 5.5", Continuing on to: 7.5" x 6.0" and eventually would like to reach 8.5" x 7"

The Vitamin C I take is a form of Ascorbic Acid and Calcum Ascrobate. The vitamins I take are the Mega Men Joint from GNC. I first starting taking them bake in 2010 when I starting tricking and acquired terrible shin splints. After this round I am switching to OPIMEN but alas it as well uses Ascorbic Acid.

Calcium ascorbate:

Quote
1,000 mg of calcium ascorbate generally provides 890-910 mg of ascorbic acid and 90-110 mg of calcium. Calcium in this form appears to be reasonably well absorbed. The recommended dietary calcium intake for adults is 1,000 to 1,200 mg/day. Total calcium intake should not exceed the tolerable upper intake level of 2,500 mg/day.

The following mineral ascorbates are more likely to be found in combination with other mineral ascorbates, as well as other minerals. It’s a good idea to check the labels of dietary supplements for the ascorbic acid dose as well as the dose of each mineral. Recommended dietary intakes and maximum upper levels of intake (when available) are listed after the individual mineral ascorbates below:

Ascorbyl palmitate:

Quote
Ascorbyl palmitate is a fat-soluble antioxidant sometimes used to increase the shelf life of vegetable oils and potato chips. It is an amphipathic molecule, meaning one end is water-soluble and the other end is fat-soluble. This dual solubility allows it to be incorporated into cell membranes. When incorporated into the cell membranes of human red blood cells, ascorbyl palmitate has been found to protect them from oxidative damage and to protect vitamin E (a fat-soluble antioxidant) from oxidation by free radicals. However, the protective effects of ascorbyl palmitate on cell membranes have only been demonstrated in the test tube. Taking ascorbyl palmitate orally probably doesn’t result in any significant incorporation into cell membranes because most of it appears to be hydrolyzed (broken apart into palmitate and ascorbic acid) in the human digestive tract before it is absorbed. The ascorbic acid released by the hydrolysis of ascorbyl palmitate appears to be as bioavailable as ascorbic acid alone. The presence of ascorbyl palmitate in oral supplements contributes to the ascorbic acid content of the supplement and probably helps protect lipid-soluble antioxidants during storage. The role of vitamin C in promoting collagen synthesis and its antioxidant properties have generated interest in its use on the skin. Ascorbyl palmitate is frequently used in topical preparations because it is more stable than some aqueous (water-soluble) forms of vitamin C.

There’s nothing wrong with Ascorbic Acid, and you probably don’t need a mega-dose of Vitamin C unless you live in a highly industrial or urban area.

Mostly you just want to stay healthy.

The Vitamin C I take comes in a multi vitamin so I am not worried about it, I just expel any that I don’t need. Just about to end week one with promising results. I get way more erections than usual and they defiantly are harder. May have picked up a bit of girth in my head but I’m not positive on that.
