From personal experience what would you credit for your length gain the most. Is there anything new that you did to your routine that you started to notice significant increase? If you could only choose one excercise what would you choose for length purposes? Jelq, manual stretches, devices, etc???

Newbie routine and, later, clamping.

06/21/07 NBP = 7.75(tape) FSL = 7.875 EG = 5.00 Volume= 15.42

09/13/07 NBP = 8.375 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.38 Volume = 19.29 (+25%)

12/26/07 NBP = 8.625 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.50 Volume = 20.82 (+35%)

Being a newbie and then these.


THEN: bpel 6.0 eg 5.0 bpfsl 6.125 NOW: bpel 7.375 eg 5.25 bpfsl 7.625

Not, but I always have read posts by expert clampers (BigGirtha, Godzilla etc.) that said “clamping will stop your length gains”.

Your experience was different?

Without any hardware:

Downward angle, low erection level wet jelqs.

The downward angle made things start happening.

I cannot speak to the use of any hardware.

Apparently so. I can’t imagine why clamping would “stop” length gains.

(BTW, this discussion is off topic. You can start a new thread to ask about it or post in one of the clamping threads.)

The newbie routine is in my opinion pretty good! It allowed me to gain around 0.15 EG inches in about two weeks.

Stretching and more stretching. And then a little more stretching. And after stretching I stretched a little, which I think helped with my length gains.


September 20, 2007: BPEL: 5.8 inches, EG: <5.5 inches

March 15, 2008: BPEL: 7.6 inches, EG: 5.75 inches

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

Actually I agree with westmore I think clamping should give you legth gain too.

And it says ALMOST and in and a half in 5 weeks. It actually took me 8 weeks to gain the full 1.5 inches.
