Creative tracking for PE

Does anyone have any unique ways you track your PE? Everyone is capable of using a spreadsheet, but do you have one that’s extremely fancy? Do you simply have a book with check marks? An app on your phone?

I don’t have any myself, but I once saw a kegel workout app for the iphone that kept track of your progress and had different settings including how many reps for each workout, duration of time, as well as adjustable beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulties. I thought that was pretty cool to have if you are serious about kegeling.

There are many ways.. But, I prefer the old method of notebook and pencil, works great!

I use an app called streaks on my iPhone to keep track of my progress.

I don’t remember who, but late last year a member here started a post about this app. For all I know he developed the app and at $1.99 was trying to get paid, but it works well for me. Plus, you don’t have to worry about your wife/girl friend finding your notebook and asking you to explain jelqs and ulis.

I don’t have any iPhone apps although I do have many visualization tricks up my sleeves.

You could draw a thermometer diagram with marks and ticks for every 1/8” up to your desired length. Just for the sake of pe creativity draw two big balls at the bottom and a climbing read marker for length gained. Remember to have this somewhere where you an see it every day and have fun with it.

Girth on the other hand, I prefer to draw a penis close in scale to mine with a horizontal scale on the bottom going left and right from the sides of the shaft with tick marks out every 1/16” on each side. This way once I make every 1/8” gain in girth I can trace the outline of my penis bigger and bigger. You follow me?

For individual sections like bringing up the head or other parts of the shaft, I pretty much donthe same diagram above with the exception of only tracing in the measurements along the shaft that actuallly got bigger.

I read that and lost it. Trying explaining those moves and watch your girls reaction to them hahaha golden.

I note my measurements and then draw a rectangular template with those dimensions on a bit of paper. It really helps get rid of preconceptions due to foreshortening because I can see my penis’s dimensions from angles I wouldn’t normally be privy to.
