Creatine question

Creatine question

Hey guys, I am about to start a creatine regimine to supplement my weight lifting not my PE. In doing the research I found creatine is very water bound within muscles making them all bigger. My question is does this also apply to smooth muscle and will you see gains be it flaccid hang or whatever from using creatine from the water absorbtion alone.

No.

I was taking creatime for some weeks because it helps yo increase the volumen of your muscles. However I did not know creatine inflates muscles. I want lean muscles.

It was a miatake, un my particular case, so you have to decide firts if you want a lean muscles or a water bug muscles.

Yeah I am focusing on dense muscle doing powerlifts 5x5 routine. The creatine helps speed recovery and the water leaves your system a few days after you stop. The muscle fibers built are not lost. I was just curious as different articles on the web say smooth muscle does use the ATP created by the creatine. Some say no effect. Figured it was worth asking. Bu the way I love the routine at powerlifts 5x5 its awesome for developing serious strength.
