Hi, like I said before, I don’t get much time on here to respond. Thanks though for the response guys.

When exercising the BC muscle*, I do it when fully erect and put a tube over my penis with a very light weight at the end. I then flick it up, and slowly increase the weight every few days. Is this an effective way also? I know you said about not needing resistance, but I also have an overly tight and high erection, it points straight up when erect and can barely be pushed down so it is horizontal to the floor. I want to try to make it slightly less tight and lower my erection angle slightly (it’s been quite successful so far).

As far as erection angle, your stretching efforts will probably be more effective at changing that, although this approach may work as well.

As far as strengthening everything down there. Sure.

You are doing your own convoluted variation of a Wally Wally Up exercise. They do work. If you like it, and you are therefore doing it regularly, you should see the same benefits from it that just about any Kegel exercise gives you. As I said before: an exercise you do beats an exercise you don’t do. There are some that argue the more intense Kegel variations (i.e. Wally Wally Up type things) work more efficiently. westla, myself, and others here do not agree, or at least feel that the benefits of doing these things are not so overwhelmingly great that they merit any special attention.

However, if you like them, they will do the job. So knock yourself out.

Creatine wuold be more useful for stretching. You would be able to hold grip and to pull for more time, and be less fatigued.
