Crankshaft Stretch

Hi All,

Between heat and stretching, I often light stretch with what I call the “crankshaft” stretch. I haven’t seen it in the tutorials. If anyone has thoughts, please chime in!

1. Start right hand, full under hand grip with thumb right under glans and pinkie towards the base.
2. Stretch forward.
3. Rotate counterclockwise with glans still pointed forward.
4. Rotate 10x.
5. Remove pinkie, so that you’re rotating with thumb, index, middle and ring finger.
6. Rotate 10x.
7. Remove ring finger.
8. Repeat until you’re left with an OK grip, using only the thumb and index.
9. Switch hands.

Each rotation takes me about 2 seconds. I’m thinking about varying this time.

Benefits?
* I tend to like dynamic stretches.
* Has built-in fulcrums. These stretch different points along the shaft.
* Fairly quick.
* Only one hand required.
* Routine flexibility - can change number of rotations, handedness, time of rotation, angles, etc.

Downsides?
* You tell me!

When you say rotations do you twist your dick? If so that’s already known. I forget the name of it but I did the same without reading it in any tutorials.

Hi,
I believe that all the people who go manuals are tending to develop something that they feel that works for them besides the regular stretching.
I grab under the glans with a reverse OK grip and bend my palm like 180 degrees, making a massive fulcrum and use to hold like that for 3-4 minutes. The fulcrum makes it easier for my grip because it absorbs a big part of the tension.

I can assure you that you will discover much more techniques if you keep doing manuals.

I think that you should slowly make your rotations last longer. In my opinion it is better to do one 20 second rotation, than 10 rotations that take 2 seconds.

No he’s talking about doing a variation of the helicopter. Instead of the penis being swung around in circles the glans is held stationery and his midsection moves as if the glans wasn’t being held.

It’s a dynamic fulcrum stretch. Instead of holding the fulcrum in one spot it’s constantly moving.

I didn’t get what you meant but I just tried it and I think I did it right. Basically V/A Stretches but constantly changing. I did it side to side and up and down and felt the ‘cord’ in the middle.
