Ok so I’m starting to do the whole kegel thing.I find it easier for me rather then to let my dick be flaccid and do them to stretch it forward with my right hand untill I feel a slight tug to my pelvis and then do the kegel excersize.would this still be considered kegeling?? Is this okay?? Does anyone know what the hell I’m talking about?

Next I’ve been PEing since the beggining of the year.I didnt do that much research on it at the beggining I found out about jelqing off google and started doing it but wasn’t taking many rest days in my routine.I hear for a begginer you should do one day on one day off.I’ve been doing 3 days on one day off.but over the last 16 days my dick has almost gained an inch in length and it feels way fatter bigger and better in every way .should I cut it back to one day on and then one off.or just keep doing 3 on one off since this really seems to be working out.

My routine is I wet jelq with baby oil for 30-40 mins a day I don’t count the strokes
Don’t cum 3 hours before or 3 after
100 kegels a day - being done the way I described earlier
Some dick stretching up down left right about 10-15 mins

Everything has been looking good.I don’t like taking days off but I guess it is better for growth in the long run

If anyone has any info or comments please let me know about that kegeling thing or days off in routine

To your first paragraph, yes that is still a kegel. In fact that is what I do after I warm up. I stretch my flaccid penis and then do 30 quick kegels in each direction. Kills two birds with one stone.

It’s hard to say how much time you need to take off. You can follow the newbie routine here and that should get you in the right direction. Also gaining an inch in 16 days? You sure you measured right the first time? It is possible that your erection quality was not too good before PE but now it is doing a lot better which gave you some more length.

On my rest days I like to do some kegels and edging exercises.


Starting 10/08 - 7.125" EL x 4.5" MSEG

As of 12/08- 7.5" EL x 4.75" MSEG

As of 1/19/08 - 7.75" bpel(previous 7.5" was due to inaccurate ruler) x 4.875" MSEG

I’m surprised you’re doing jelqs for that long if you started around the same time I did. How many does that come to for you?

And, as the senior members had told me, I suggest you do the newbie routine offered here. It’s pretty intense and gives you enough workout and recuperation. At least for me it has.

Honestly it might not be a whole inch because I don’t really measure it but it looks feels and works a hell of a lot better .it could be an inch I swear it’s growing right before my eyes I need to measure more often and keep track.but so far I’m very pleased with the quick results.

The jelqing I don’t really count I just put some porn on and do it for at least 30 mins.the more time you put in the better your gains are going to be I hear.I don’t see a better way to spend 30 mins of your day then getting your dick bigger.After each session so far I can feel and see a difference it’s like it’s growing right before my eyes everyday.I’m extremely happy I found your site and ill keep you posted on my results

1” in 16 days is practically impossible, so taking a good measurements is the only way to figure out what’s going on. A hard jelqing session, like the one you’re doing, can produce a visual illusion that you’re bigger. But when it comes to real gains, you can’t see it before your eyes. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint” is our motto here. If you don’t convince yourself with this fact, you’ll be disappointed every time you take a measurement.

Also, a kegel is a kegel is a kegel. That is even if you are flexing your b.c muscle in an upside down or sitting or standing or erect or flaccid or stretched position, it is still a kegel.

Another advice, though you were recommended to do start with the newbie routine, I would suggest you carry on with your current routine while minding your P.I and E.Q as P.E not being an exact science might not produce the intended result which is growth with another work out.
