Couple of Questions

Hey guys, I was wondering if there is such a thing as a “non-gainer;” as in someone who despite their best efforts and doing the exercises correctly never gains a single inch/cm. I’ve been at this for 21 weeks and haven’t seen any gains. I’ve been religiously consistent and dedicated. I’ll admit, I am a bit disappointed and discouraged but am determined to keep at it, as long as there’s a chance I’ll start to gain. If, however there are people who never gain (of which I think I might be), I figure I might as well spend my time doing something else. Also, what’s a good amount of time to wait between measurement? I seem to be obsessed with measuring, I guess because of the whole not gaining, and was wondering what kind of time frame I should put on measurements (once a week, once every two weeks, once a month, etc.) Thanks a lot in advance.

Sorry, it was presumptive of me to assume that you’re asking for help with a routine: clearly (after re-reading the original post) you’re not.

You’re absolutely right: for some the whole thing is a waste of time, and with regards to measuring, I would say measure after every 50-60 hours of PE

I realize that you have said that you have been doing your exercises for
21 weeks, but what are you doing? What is your Routine? Newbie Routine, or other?
Why not complete your PE Statistics and Routine, which is easy.
Others will then know more about you and possibly will be better able
to help you.

No apologies needed Glandmaster. I thought about including all my stats and routines but just got lazy about it. It’s so much to type and I’ve done it before on the board and in pm. I’m not really looking for help with my routine “right now.” I recently switched to a new routine and am waiting to see if it will give me results. If it doesn’t, I was thinking about coming here for some more advice. I really just wanted to know if there are some people who never gain, ever, no matter what they do or how much time they spend doing it.

Panos, thanks for responding as well. Yeah, I started with the Newbie routine, did that for awhile, added some things, and have now switched routines. I do have all my measurements, which to my dismay are the same as when I started, and have a much more detailed description of what I did and what I am doing now but didn’t want to bore anyone with that. All I wanted to know really was, what is a good measuring interval and if there is such a thing as a non/never-gainer. If there’s any other information you’d like don’t hesitate to ask. Everyone has his own idea of when to measure, but I do it every 14 days. Sometimes it hard to wait, but I try not to measure between times. I am sort of in a plateau at the moment, but hope for more gains soon.

Thanks for writing and glad to hear that you’re determined to keep at it. Even if I don’t make erect gains in some months I will stick with it simply because with jelking I get a meatier and longer flaccid temporary gain for at least a half day. That has to translate to erect gains after a while. Also, the member looks better to both me and the SO for some hours.

Besides; 007 never gives up until he gets the girl - I mean completes his mission.

Tire that boy out so he can grow. And stick with it.

Have you tried an ADS? Using an ADS after each session of a newbie routine has helped me a great deal. Here’s a simple one:

I’d start slow, just use it for an hour or two total and rewrap every 20 minutes and rest for 10. Then gradually lengthen the amount of time per wrap and the amount of total time.
