Couple of Questions
Hey guys, I was wondering if there is such a thing as a “non-gainer;” as in someone who despite their best efforts and doing the exercises correctly never gains a single inch/cm. I’ve been at this for 21 weeks and haven’t seen any gains. I’ve been religiously consistent and dedicated. I’ll admit, I am a bit disappointed and discouraged but am determined to keep at it, as long as there’s a chance I’ll start to gain. If, however there are people who never gain (of which I think I might be), I figure I might as well spend my time doing something else. Also, what’s a good amount of time to wait between measurement? I seem to be obsessed with measuring, I guess because of the whole not gaining, and was wondering what kind of time frame I should put on measurements (once a week, once every two weeks, once a month, etc.) Thanks a lot in advance.
