Couple newbie questions

I’m doing dry jelqs. Is it okay if I just use my pointer finger and thumb? Or is it better to try and fit the whole hand around a jelq? Only 5 inches length so it’s kinda hard to do entire hand.

Also should I be feeling the blood being forced into the top of the penis/head area?

I have 2 veins that go from like the base of my penis to halfway through, they kinda hurt after I’m done with the newbie routine. My grip isn’t really that tight either.

It’s ok to use just two fingers. You shouldn’t feel too much pressure into the head. Maybe it’s a good idea giving a look at the video.
