Well due to a PM I got earlier asking how much I have gained I couldn’t get rid of my curiosity. So unfortunately I measured again before my first month, but thankfully nothing but good news! Well when I started I messed up my measurements when I took pics so no beginner pics sorry. But my beginning BPEL was 5.8” and my MEG was 4.75” that was 3 weeks ago, I just measured and my BPEL was a shocking 6.2” and my MEG was 5” I was pretty happy when I saw that, definitely some confidence building gains for me. My short term goal was 6.5x5.5 by New Years. I wonder if my gains continue at this rate maybe I can get to 7x5.5 by New Years, but I think that’s definitely a bit of a stretch. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Well for the first 2 weeks I used a newbie routine of:

-10min stretching
-15min jelqing

But I came across a couple threads talking about having big gains from expanding the tunica and so after 2 weeks I changed my routine to something s
A little longer:

-5min warm up
-5min stretching
-5min warmup
-5min stretching
-5min warmup
-5min wet jelqs
-5min warm up
-5min wet jelqs
-5min warm up

And then after that I take a couple ice cubes and stretch my cock out and hold the ice cubes on it and let them melt. I know that sounds weird but I read a thread that gave me this whole routine and ideas about stretching the tunica and I figured it was worth a try. And it looks like it was worth it.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Yes when I do stretches I pull straight out, left, down, right, up and each stretch I hold for at least 30 seconds. But after reading a lot of articles and threads about expanding the tunica and some people had the idea that the constant heat during PEing helps with expanding the tunica so I gave this workout a try and it worked for me so ill keep at this until I plateau, which hopefully won’t be soon.

Congatulations, great gains. But do know that the rate you gain at will decrease as time goes, keep that in mind to avoid disappointment

Yah I know that my gains won’t continue like this, but maybe I will be lucky and still get some good gains before I hit a plateau. But I am excited to hit plateau at the same time because then I can experiment with different and more advanced exercises that I have been wanting to try. Thanks for the posts guys!

Yes I will echo the caution to avoid extrapolating out your gains based on early growth rates. I made that mistake as well, and it took some effort to get past the disappointment and stay on track. The curve of growth to time will gradually approach O for most. There is also an early jump that some of us enjoy at the start just from increased EQ alone, but gains are gains.

But neither is anything to be too concerned with now, congratulations on your gains and enjoy it!

Yeah, I gained almost an inch since late March but I seem to have reached a plateau. I will keep up the stretching and jelqs and see what happens. It us hard to keep focussed though when the ruler stops surprising you.

Impressive gains for that short time. I am especially attracted to the intense use of warm-up you make in the modified routine.
Makes me think of Firegoat’s caption line about heat being the difference between failure and success for some of us.

Guess the purchase of my infrared lamp will be faster that foreseen :-)

What does the M stand for in “MEG”? I’ve been trying to understand all the acronyms so I can get started with PE. So far I understand: BPEL and EL. But could someone point the significance of measuring from bone and without from bone?

Well I’m still relatively new but the M in MEG was meaning Mid Erect Girth so I just took the girth measurement in the middle of my shaft and I’m not sure the significance of measuring BPEL but I measure it just because its what most of the member use to measure for length.
