Hi, I’m new here. I’ve been doing these exercises, but I could not gain a membership until yesterday. I have a question about hanging.

I’ve seen videos and pictures online of those who have increased their flaccid length and hang very long. But could these people still get erect? I’ve heard nerve damage prevents erections if you have been hanging for a long period of time. An example of this would be those guys on the Tom Hubbard part of this site who are pictured. Any answer to this would be appreciated, Thanks.

Hanging should NOT cause any permanent erection problems. Very few guys would be willing to trade any erection quality for a bigger dick.

It’s okay to have slightly weaker erections after especially intense periods of PE (though it’s sometimes a sign of overtraining), but you should stop immediately if you ever sense nerve damage or any other lasting injury.

Okay, I’m just curious because I have began stretching with the A stretch I think you call it and I hang better flaccid, but my EQ is slightly down. I know PE works because I have been following this site closely for months and gone from 6.8 BP to 7.75 BP.

You may find it difficult to get an erection immediately after hanging, but it should be back fairly soon (a couple of hours at the most) after hanging.

If you/anyone are getting symptoms of nerve damage, stop hanging! The wrapping is wrong, hanger too tight, or you are leaving it on too long.

No one would hang just to get a bigger flaccid, but a useless dick.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
