Could use some advice
I’ve been doing PE for about 7 months and have gotten zero gains. Originally I started with the newbie routine for 5 months. No gains. I decided to increase the volume to 10 minutes of stretching while doing piss pulls throughout the day, and 300 jelqs and I still didn’t get any gains after 2 additional months. I didn’t get any negative P.I’s and I practiced good form. What do you think went wrong and what would you recommend? I’m 7 NBP x 5.5. I’d just like to get to 7.5 x 5.75-6 and cement that if possible. I was debating if I should take a decon break, but I’ve seen post from other members saying they got gains around the 1 year mark. So my question is do you guys think I should take a break or keep pushing until I reach 1 year and go from there. What would you guys do if you were in this position.
P.S. I was hoping I could reach my goal using only manual exercises. I figured 1/2 inch in length and 1/4 in girth is feasible with only manual exercises.
