Could use some advice

I’ve been doing PE for about 7 months and have gotten zero gains. Originally I started with the newbie routine for 5 months. No gains. I decided to increase the volume to 10 minutes of stretching while doing piss pulls throughout the day, and 300 jelqs and I still didn’t get any gains after 2 additional months. I didn’t get any negative P.I’s and I practiced good form. What do you think went wrong and what would you recommend? I’m 7 NBP x 5.5. I’d just like to get to 7.5 x 5.75-6 and cement that if possible. I was debating if I should take a decon break, but I’ve seen post from other members saying they got gains around the 1 year mark. So my question is do you guys think I should take a break or keep pushing until I reach 1 year and go from there. What would you guys do if you were in this position.

P.S. I was hoping I could reach my goal using only manual exercises. I figured 1/2 inch in length and 1/4 in girth is feasible with only manual exercises.

I’m feeling with you, man. I’m in the same situation sort of, only you have been doing it longer than me (myself six months, but not consecutively). My next step is adding fulcrum stretches and see where those lead me. Have a look at marinera’s thread about stretching. It’s in the cream forum and usually shows up on the front page.

Yeah I was actually looking at that thread the other day and was also considering adding fulcrum stretches whether I take a break or not. In that thread there was a link to a routine firegoat made for someone that was focused on length and I might try that, but add more jelqs because I’d hate to lose any girth by focusing solely on length.
