It is funny how people ask which exercises gave you the most this or that. I can’t tell as it was a COMBINATION of the exercises and have no intentions of only doing 1 exercises for a few weeks then another exercise for a few more weeks to tell me which is more effective and to let a few people know. I am on a dedicated routine and am not going to change it for some statistical study :) Sorry, but my measurements are in my sig.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH
