Hey, I have to say I’m predominantly after length but I don’t have a Penimaster and am not willing to purchase one for various reasons. I just wanted to clarify the correct way to conduct stretches. Currently I’m pulling down and to the left and right (I’ve watched the videos), but not upwards. This is mainly because I don’t feel any strain, it just feels like nothing is happening. So really, I only feel the ligaments pulling when I’m sitting at about 80%-100% erection level and stretching. Does anybody have any techniques they use that they believe can benefit me? Also what are some other manual exercises I can do that will increase my length. Will jelqing help length?

Please don’t stretch erect. It’s an easy way to injure yourself! Jelqing will help length, as it makes the tunica more pliable. Jelq at lower (40 to 60%) erection and focus on the feeling of stretch at the end of the jelq stroke.

Stretching in all directions will place a stretch on the tunica from all possible angles; if you want tunica gains, you need to make sure you apply stretch to it from every angle, unless you are trying to correct a curve.

All the main manual exercises are shown in the videos. People were gaining before the Penimaster came on the scene. ADS users are still in the minority of PEers. Stick with the Newbie Routine for the first few months; it is tried and tested, and gives you everything you need.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
