Hi everyone. As this is my first thread would like to thank Thunder for the setting up of this site has been a real help in my first month of PE, good to see a genuinly helpful forum amongst a lot of internet rubbish.
First off ; I have a LOT of around 9. So far have deduced that this will require me to stretch my ligs for length gains. Have been doing split sessions between morning and night with 5 sets of 15 of JAI stretches (3 sets straight down, 1 left down, 1 right down) My night time routine consists of 12-15 minutes of 40-60% jelqing and 5-10 minutes of either 70-80% jelqing or jelg squeezes and then some more JAI stretches. Have been doing 2-3 days on 1 day off as am very aware of safety.
My aim is primarily for length to start with and then to swap to girth after having attained goal. I have been jelqing for around 4 weeks ; is this to early for DLD Blasters and the quite painful sounding DLD Bundled Blasters!?
Is this routine OK? Not sure whether I am doing enough? Any help would be great,
