Please tell me the correct method of jelqing so that I don’t waste my time doing it incorrectly and see no result.

There’s no guarantee. Some people do everything correctly, and they still don’t get results.

There are many many different variations of jelqing that exist, so as long as you understand the basic technique, you can just about perfect and vary your own style depending on your needs and what feels like it is working for you. During one jelq routine, you might even end up doing several different methods in order to cover all of the bases.

One of the main things to remember is not trying too hard and using too much force that will cause red spots or other forms of injury. You have to stimulate growth not force it.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

If you aren’t gaining, then by definition you aren’t doing everything correctly.

There is no one size fits all, no magic formula or anything. You have to research everyone’s experiences, tutorials, etc., but this will only form the basis. You have to build your own method based off of information and knowing your own body.

As an example, I first read that jelqing should be done with an OK grip. For the life of me I could not understand how one could bend their wrist 135 degrees to grasp the bass, so I tried overhand and C grips and stuck with those so far.
