Correct degree of erection to proper jelq

Hello. This is my first post. I have been PEing for six months now. I very much would appreciate input from real gainers on what percentage of erection is the most appropriate to dry jelq to obtain good results. Thank you very much.

It is generally accepted that 70-80% is the correct erection level.

I can’t hold an erection that hard for like 20 minutes lol

Current size: 19.5cm by 12.5 cm

Short term goal: 21cm by 14cm

Long term goal: 23cm by 16 cm

I just started randomly dry jelqing because my EQ is so fucking good, I keep getting hardons when I stretch no matter what time of day. I just do it at between 100% and 70%. Obviously I prefer it under 100% because it’s harder to squeeze and move the blood about. Dry jelqing is mostly for girth IMO so you know parada.

I used to have low EQ, but for me at least, doing kegels consistently helped a lot.
