cooldown or warm down

What do you prefer after clamping.Cooldown or warm down.I preferred cooldown,but i want to hear what other people think…

First of all, I don’t clamp, but when I am done with a jelqing or stretching session I usually either apply some form of heat or take a hot shower. I have read about the importance of heat in PE and, honestly, I never gave much thought to a cool-down.

ok..But some guys say that cooldown works better,that’s why I’m asking..

I am sure some people do, I was just telling you what I do. ;)

The reason most people prefer heat is because it encourages blood flow into the penis. I’m not sure what the positive effects of a cool-down could be, other than it feeling good after a hard workout.

Cooldown supposedly makes collagen less pliable, keeping it in stretched state (cooldown has to be done with penis stretched). Or something like that.

I prefer heat.

Cool-down always.

When you guys say cool down, how cool, exactly? I use infrared heat for stretching and jelqing. I put an ADS on after this. If I were to take a cold shower before I put it on or just run the cold water over it with the ADS on, and then wear it for a while, would that be good?

Or does anyone cool down with, say, an ice pack while there wearing an ADS after using heat with the workout? Pretty much just lay it on your dick while it stays stretched in the ADS.

Also, I’m assuming a cool down would be between 5-10 minutes, like a warm up?

I actually just cooled down with a frozen vegetable packet with my ADS on. Seemed pretty solid.
