Cool Down Time
I strongly believe in a cool down at the end of a workout (promotes healing, I explain it in my Progress Thread). I do my cool down with a gel ice pack that I use for running injuries. I do this in a stretched state because that’s how I want it to heal…bigger :) .
What I want to know is how long I should do this for. I currently do 2-3 minutes, which has been working well, but I wonder if I should do it longer. Icing for running is generally “no more that 20 minutes” but it should understandably be significantly less for a penis (doesn’t handle cold as well as a muscle…). I’m looking for what is enough time for proper healing, while also not being dangerous.
