Let me start of first by saying that I’ve read countless manuals and seen the TP videos on jelqing.
Most people state that you have to be jelqing CONTINUOUSLY, on the other hand if you want to jelq for girth(which I am), then the more erect(say >70%) the better. Because of this I’m not able to jelq continuously and after say 15 to 20 jelqs it’s less than 70% and dubious if it can even be classified as erect. So then I have to start masturbating myself to an erection again.
Since some initial gains in the first few weeks; length 7 to 8 inches, girth 5 to 5,7(6,2 at the base) I haven’t gained any more in the last 6 weeks.

In the beginning I also didn’t focus so much on the quality of my erection I just kept filling my head up with blood.(but gains are easier in the beginning)
Also when I watch the TP’s videos on jelqing he seems to start of with a reasonable erection, then after a few jelqs it’s not so hard/erect anymore.

Maybe it’s because I’m not sure what classifies as flaccid and what as erect, but with me after 15-20 jelqs it’s still bigger than I would call flaccid but I wouldn’t call it erect either.

So, does anyone have any comments on what to do if I want to start making more girth gains?
Coz with every jelq my erection just gets weaker. What do the people here do? Continuous or quality erection jelqs with breaks in between?

Let me just clarify, you have gained 1” length and girth in just a few months?

Firstly a reality check for you, some guys have to work towards a year and more to get those sort of gains.

You will have finite gains to make. However, beyond jelqing also look at other techniques, hanging, clamping, pumping etc.

I would say though, if you are expecting to continue gaining at the rate you have, you are in for a fall in general.

I’d congratulate you on quick gains, but you may very well have hit a plateau.

The gains I attribute mainly to stretching. Also I’m not quite sure if I measured it exactly the same in the beginning. Anyways it’s only the base that really looks thicker, in the middle only slightly thicker. Also my penis curves to the left and seems to measure differently from different angles. So although it looks longer I can’t be sure if it’s exactly 1 inch I gained. I don’t know how you measured it, but I measure it bone pressed(this could also be what’s causing the variance).

Anyway to get back on topic do other people here jelq continuously with >70% erection and if so how do you do it?
And if you can’t do that is it better to masturbate every 20 jelqs to get in the 70-100% range again and repeat, or is it better to continuously jelq with a dubious ‘erection’?

Donkey Dong, did you try kegeling while jelqing?

It helps me a lot with my workout because I have the same issue as you.

So, try this when you feel your erection start to fall: kegel, then grab at the base, do a jelq to the head, and then kegel and grab the base with the other hand before you let the first one go. This gives me a better girth workout.

The pc does 2 things for me, yes it pumps blood into the head(as the jelqing movement does), but it also decreases my erection level.(try starting with a full a erection, do 50 kegels and see how small your dick becomes).so this actually speeds also beside pumping more blood into the penis also accelerates the rate at which my erection goes down.

I’ve also tried visualising the blood going into my head with every jelq I do.regardless.after 15-20 jelqs my dick is still big, so I wouldn’t call it flaccid but I have a hard time seeing it as erect, and certainly not in the 70-100 % range which is meant to promote your girth
