Consultation with Dr. Loria Tomorrow

I have a phone consultation with Dr. Loria tomorrow evening. I’ve been researching for the past couple years, and from what I have found he seems to have the best results long term and cosmetically. I’m pretty small down there. I am 1.5 inches flaccid, 4 Inches girth, and I’m only 3.75 inches erect. His procedure is primarily for girth, but should also help out a little with length.

I have some questions for him tomorrow, but wanted any advice from people on here as to what I should ask. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’ll also follow up after the consultation, and let you all know how it went.

Can you describe how she intends to increase the size of your penis? We tend to be frightened with penis enlarging docs over here, and prefer manual exercises.

You really need to find out what the average gains are going to be after the operation… and then compare them to the gains you can get from manual exercises. If there isn’t much in it, I’d try and stay away from the knife mate

Like Walter said, if you can give a little more information about the procedure, I’m sure people can give you better advice.

Good Luck! ;)

Let’s keep it short…don’t do it. It’s going to fuck up your head with bad ideas, and after that it’s going to fuck up your dick.

PE works, forget the rest.

You obviously haven’t read any of the horror stories of failed penis enlargement surgical procedures.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My Elist Implant Experience

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this.

If you want a chance to use your unit as you age, I would start a manual routine my friend. This site lays things out perfectly for beginners, and it is almost always proven to give results within 3 months. Now, it wont be over the top amazing gains, and it will take time for results, but your dick WILL BE harder, longer, and more plump throughout the day. And all you have to do is stretch, and jelq. Super simple to include PE in your everyday morning routine, or normal workout routine. Sounds better than 3 months of recovery after surgery. Please do more research before making a decision.
I hope the link works.

Well, I had the consultation this evening and it went rather well. The procedure that is performed by Dr. Loria is not evasive by any means. He does not use a scalpel or uses anesthesia.

Dr. Loria applies topical lidocaine to numb the area and injects a filler that creates collagen growth. It is a permanent procedure, but does require a strict protocol or you can have lumping or leakage of the filler. This can be done with the shaft and glands. There is a 21 day recovery period where the penis is wrapped to insure proper healing.

This is a girth procedure. He says that length does happen, but is not guaranteed. It normally happens with people that are smaller in size. I’m more hopeful for girth, and was planning to do manual for more length.

I’ll start by saying that I’m not against the idea of penis enlargement surgery or plastic surgery in general. Hell, I’ve had a nose job and am seriously considering lipo. This is one area, though, where you should tread very carefully. Generally, enlargement surgeries have very low satisfaction rates. Men almost universally say that the pain and recovery were far worse then the doctor told them it would be. Overall, the gains people get are not really dramatic and are actually far less then one could accomplish with a consistent and dedicated PE routine. Consider this: you can never go back and undo it. If it goes wrong (which is actually not at all unlikely) then you live the rest of your life with a mutilated or dysfunctional dick. There’s no undo button. As others have said, you may want to do a lot of research and sleep on this one for at least a few months before you pull the trigger.

Whatever your choice, I wish you good luck.

Okay, I just looked into this Dr and his procedure and I’m going to soften my opinion on this. It actually sounds pretty interesting and much lower risk than everything else I’ve heard about. How much research have you done into patient satisfaction?

I have researched about a dozen different doctors, and this one has the highest success rate that I’ve seen. As long as you properly care and wrap your penis it has a 90% plus success rate. Little to no side effects if proper care is done. I have emailed back and forth with 6 different people that I found online that have had the procedure and they have been extremely happy. One guy went from 5 inch girth to 7.25 girth after three treatments. The only complaint I’ve been told is the irritation of these bandage wrap that you must wear for about three weeks.

You’ve been properly warned. I wish you the best. The science just isn’t anywhere near close to what I would call worth giving a try.

FastEddie, your length seems to be the primary issue, why have a girth procedure done? Your girth is much closer to average than your length.

In time, using the good advice on Thunder’s Place, you can improve both your length and girth, with very little risk (as long as you heed advice to stick with the newbie routine for a while and not overdo PE in general).

Also, if you plan to do PE for length in the future, will it be feasible with this filler implant? Are the two things compatible? I suspect not; But you’re the one who has done the research so you decide.

Before you rush and do this permanent procedure, I suggest doing the newbie routing for a couple months. I also suggest reading some threads here about persons who have had just as small, or even smaller, units than you and made gains.

Here is one of my favourite threads, which you should definitely check out: 2-inch Growth Comparative Pictures

They always work out on their websites and when you post negative reviews they threaten to sue. Good luck but I fear you will learn the hard way; too bad!

A filler which creates collagen growth? Weird I heard about fillers but something to create collagen growth is quite new as far as I know. Since it is very new I would be very wary of the results. There is the possibility of lumps but also the possibility this guy asked a few friends to share success stories so he gains popularity. Much money to make out of PE surgeries. The only surgery I have heard about quite a few times is pmma, some horror stories there too, or ugly pen, uneven girth etc..
