Been doing PE since October 2016.
Waited a couple of months to see if this stuff works and was then open with my wife. She knew “something” was different and was, and still is, concerned I may hurt the unit. Being honest with her was the best choice. She knows when I’m “working out” and tolerates it. We have two kids and I’m super busy with work. To find the time I wake up no later than 5am to get 30 to 90 minutes of PE 3-4 days during the week, and try to find some time on the weekends to get the same.
Like others have said, this game is a marathon. It does take time, but being as consistent as possible will pay off. Don’t stress missing a day or two here and there, take vacations and consider that a mini-deconditioning break too.
