How important is it to stay focused during your routine?

I started doing my routine tonight, and I was interrupted by knocks on my door THREE times!! Each time was during manual stretches. I managed to get 6/10 stretches done before I got a bit aggravated and couldn’t concentrate.

When you get interrupted during your routine, what should be done? Pick up where you left off when you get a chance, or start all over again? It took so long before I was alone again that I think I’d have to warm up again to pick up where I left off!

What should I do when this happens?

I have had the same thing happen to me once tonight, pisses me off!, I suggest if you can maybe doing it at nighttime when everyone is asleep and you are alone. Some people like to split sessions throughout the day and others like to do one big session at once. I really just listen to my body, and let it tell me if I need to work hard now, or split sessions, whatever… Welcome to Thunder’s BTW. :)

I usually do my routine from 11PM-midnight. I started early tonight for some reason. Probably because I decided to take a bit of a break, and I haven’t done any PE’ing in a few days.

I know something that always work, it’s “Just PEing anytime you want”, it’s OK for being interrupted while PEing.

I know, there might be some discomfort for you while you’re jelqing, imagine you’ll have to wipe out the lub and put on your pants… Annoying huh?

Don’t worry about it, just keep on going with your routine and as you mentioned consistency is very important (for example 2 on 1 off, 30 minutes of Jelqing and 2 sets of 30 minutes of manual stretching or something like that, but not those unexpected minutes of break :D )

Post a Post-it on your door that says ” Sorry I’m PEing, if you don’t want me to have a bigger penis then knock three times and come in ” :D :D Haha… I’m just joking…
