Consistency during your routine
How important is it to stay focused during your routine?
I started doing my routine tonight, and I was interrupted by knocks on my door THREE times!! Each time was during manual stretches. I managed to get 6/10 stretches done before I got a bit aggravated and couldn’t concentrate.
When you get interrupted during your routine, what should be done? Pick up where you left off when you get a chance, or start all over again? It took so long before I was alone again that I think I’d have to warm up again to pick up where I left off!
What should I do when this happens?
