Confusion, Should I Stretch Ligs or Tunica

Hey peoples, I’ve been reading through a lot of threads about the Lot theory and whether it’s correct or not, and then I read up threads about stretching lig and tunica, and not to stretch lig when you have a low LOT,and instead stretch Tunica and Vice Versa, I’m getting a bit confused here, if the The Lot Theory is correct, then I have a lot of approximately 7-9, so shouldn’t I both stretch the Tunica and Ligaments in one work out, or this is bad, should I work on my tunica for now, wait till I have a “high” lot, and then work on my ligs, or the other way around, or can’t I just work both in one work out, I mean doesn’t that make sense, I don’t know, I need someone to help me out of this confusion.

Is the angle at which we loose visible tug back significant? Can you change it? Should we worry about it? My opinion for what it’s worth is that the answer to all three questions is “probably not”. (Cue other members to disagree and say “yes” to all three questions.)

Like you my LOT would be 7-9 and it hasn’t really altered in a year of PE. If I were you I would be doing manual exercises that would hit both the ligs and the tunica. I can’t think of any reason why this could be bad. (Cue other members to disagree vigorously)

Don’t worry about it, just stretch your dick and it will grow.

Ligs are usually the fastest possible gain, but you can’t stretch the ligs without also stretching the tunica. I would suggest you stretch at all angles, right, left, up, down, straight out and hold them for a good minute or two each. Then do this process a few times, I used to do 5 sets, but you may find this very time consuming.

Okay thanks guys, I guess it does make sense to just stretch in all directions to get the best results, well was just making sure, okay thanks for the responses much appreciated.

Just an advice, maybe Im wrong, but I think it makes sence.

PEing is like bodybuilding. Maybe you should try to increase intensity of stretch, and not always upping the volume (number of sets, time of stretch). It is time saving, and most likely I think you could gain more.

Actually I believe studies have shown that longer time with lower intensity have been more effective for deforming the types of tissues we are working with.

That’s why hanging and ADS are so popular.

Immediately stop reading, let alone trying to understand, anything having to do with L.O.T.

We have had 28 mental brakdowns, 3 of them mods, dirrectly attributed to studying L.O.T. It just isn’t worth the risk. Just follow redwoods advise.

Is it all about the LOT theory to see gains with manual stretches ?

I must be doing something wrong, I stopped PE few months ago because it seems like my length slightly decreased. But I’m going to try again. BTW I did it for 2 months straight 3 times a week, I did 3 sets of 1 minute stretches; up, down, left, right. Is it that some people just take a real long time to see results ?

As for you experienced Natural PE’ers, what do you think I did wrong in manual stretches ??? My dick was small and now its even slightly SMALLER :(

The LOT Theory is by no means the final word. I like it, and I incorporate it into my PE, but it doesn’t dominate it. I work at all angels, I just spend more time at angles considered to be best for my particular LOT.

My advice to you is to stretch your dick and pay attention to what feels like it is working best.

Your unit is smaller? Are you sure you were measuring it right before?

Think of LOT as a guideline, it is not the end all be all of PE.
Perhaps you needed to PE more frequently, I’ve found I gain better from taking less rest days, I think everyone is different. We all need to find our “sweet spot” between under-working and over-working our cocks with PE. You’ll know your overdoing it when you feel sore the next day.

Here are some routine schedules:
2 days on, 1 day off
5 days on, 2 days off
Here was my favorite before I went as hardcore as I am now:
3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. (This will make your PE days always the same days of the week, I went Sun,Mon,Tues ON - Wed OFF - Thurs,Fri ON - Sat OFF)

If your weren’t also doing jelqing, I suggest you do this also in your routine, right after stretching is supposed to be very beneficial.

Remember, we are all different, and different routine schedules, type and intensity of exercises, and also time spent will affect each of us differently.
Think of your first couple novice months as finding what’s right for you, and once the gains start coming you know your doing something right.
Also… READ, READ, and READ some more about PE and you’ll start to know what you need to do. Hunt down the knowledge for how to make your penis get bigger, stalk it like prey. Intent is a powerful force.

The LOT theory just gives you an idea of where you might get the fastest gains. A high LOT means that your ligaments are tight, which suggests that you may get fast gains by stretching them a bit. Part of your shaft is actually inside your body, held in place by the ligaments. Loosening the ligaments allows more of the shaft to come out. Since this does not actually require tissue growth, it is where most newbies get the fastest gains.

A low LOT means that your ligaments are already kind of loose, so stretching them more won’t really help. The tunica is where your gains will come from in this case.

Working both may be a good plan, although there is the “weakest link” theory that different tissues deform under different forces and it is unclear whether you can effectively deform both tissues in the same workout.

Most of this PE stuff is still being sorted out. There are many techniques that work, and some techniques work better for some people at some times than others. A clear theory that explains which exercise to do when for the most optimum gains has yet to be developed. So read the tutorials and other posts here, experiment, and figure out what works for you. When you plateau, begin experimenting again.

Stretch up to attack your tunica; stretch down to attack your ligaments.

Tugback is a good guide to which structure you’re stretching. If Kegeling tugs back on your penis at the angle you’re hanging or stretching, you can be sure your inner tunica is taking some of the force. If you have no tugback, you can be sure you’re ligs are taking it. If you have a little tugback, but less than at higher angles, you’re sharing the force between the ligs and inner tunica. This is probably inefficient, since each structure is seeing less than the total applied force.

I suggest you not get hung up about the LOT number, and just go by feel.

Hey Guys,
I am new and have just discovered I have a low lot 7. Should I be jelquing differently because of it. I have read that stretching/hanging would be more effective going up but I am just manually stretching, jelquing and pumping now and was wondering if I should be pulling my penis up while jelquing instead of the current way which is down.
I seem to be trapping more blood when I jelq down and my half erection seems to stay more consistent.

I also use a spring traction device during the days under my work clothes. I have searched this site for any threads on that but have not been able to find any. Does anyone know if there is one or I am I the only one.

Does the hardness of an erection affect how well jelqing works?
