Confusion On Proper Grip For Stretching
So I’m a total beginner here. I’ve been following bits of newbie routine, easing into jelqing, and learning as much as I can. I did have a question about manual stretches, though.
I’ve watched the various videos and I am slightly confused about the grip. It appears you grip your penis right below the glans and then stretch. But on a couple of threads, some members were advising when you jelq to stop right before the glans because there are some nerves there that you don’t want to damage. So I wanted to clarify with you guys if it’s ok to apply pressure right under the glans for stretching purposes. The video makes it seems like he’s gripping it pretty tight. I just don’t want to do any damage. I am circumcised, btw (not sure if that factors in).
Also, one other quick question: Is it ok to kegel every once and a while during a jelq? Sometimes I find it maintains the 50 to 80 percent erection quality for longer. But today, after a morning session, I felt a little bit of a weird sensation when doing it (almost like a pulled a muscle) so I cut my exercise short. Could just be getting used to things still, but I’d rather be safe that sorry. Only got one penis!!
