Confusion of type of discoloration

Confusion of type of discoloration

Okay so recently I done a session beginning of this week and I have received Brown Freckles and they aren’t going away. Before this week I received small red blotches indicating burst capillaries but I let my penis healed and massage the area and used a rice sock to heat my penis several times a day and took a day off. The next day it went away.

This Monday I think I over did it now. I did intense 10mins of manual stretching then straight into 150 jelqs. And I think I applied too much force on the pull and too much force on my grip when jelqing. And my grip on manual stretch was too tight.

Now the next day I got two brown spots like freckles on the side of my shaft and one tiny one under the penis and on the visible lining that connects to the urethra slit. I heated my penis more than 8mins before and after every session and massage the area and the spots aren’t going away.

I was looking at the solutions threads of discoloration but wasn’t sure if people meant the whole penis being brown.

The spots resemble to this pic on this thread;

I was wondering if anyone had something like this before and able to treat it and remove it.

If you ask me that’s the start of hemosiderin deposits. My shaft slowly darkened starting from the underside like most here say it does. Then it spread pretty evenly throughout the shaft other than a 1+” band at the base the remains normal for some reason.

However on my head, it started in spots like that and now it’s all blotchy.

I can’t stress enough to use lots of heat and keep the intensity in check. It’s a fine balance.

Think about it when do people normally develop brown freckles ?

When they go out in the sun ! it’s hyperpigmentation.

You’re extremely unlikely to develop hemosiderin staining unless you’ve had a bad bruise and than not let it recover.

I’ve had some horrific bruises on my shins over the years and there’s not a slightest dark patch to be seen.

So there’s no way to get rid of these Brown Spots?

They mostly seem to fade on their own when you quit PE or at least the PE practices that caused them.
It can take 6 months to a year though.
Arnica or vitamin K cream can help along with hot wraps.
