I am reading Articles stating you need to stretch every day to gain length. Because you want to “weaken” the penis then continue stretching. Why is it that people gain from a manual routine then with rest days? I don’t understand the contradiction between both parties.

The science is that you need to have your penis in an elongated state as new cells grow. :-)


Recognize.

It’s common for members to stretch 1, 2 or more, 10 min sessions a day or more, every day. But Jelqing is a different story. You shouldn’t consider doing that everyday as part of manual stretching. I personally try to stretch twice a day for 10 min.

Its contributes alot! You don’t NEED any of this clamping, pumping, hanger stuff, unless you plateau. You can gain perfectly fine going manual jelqs and stretching. Do not think other wise.

Add an all day wrap (ace bandage) to the routine. I swear that’s what helped me! I didn’t wear it *all* day, but for 4-5 hours or so. 2Big4u is right that it helps to be in an elongated state as you heal no matter what your routine. I stretch lightly on rest days just to make sure I’m not turtleing.

I must say an all day wrap or ace bandage keeps it elongated, but either I was doing them wrong, or you gotta be real careful when using them. I wouldn’t say I forgot I had it on, but I kept it on too long since I didn’t feel discomfort. When I went to the bathroom, I saw that my head was swollen and my dick was pretty fucking cold. I was scared shitless. I thought I killed my dick and it would fall off (seriously, I’ve heard it can happen to dead tissue, which I thought I killed my dick). And since then, it seems like my EQ has gone down. Maybe it’s not that that caused my EQ to go down, but I can say that after that event, looking back, it seems I haven’t been able to pop a boner as strong and as often as I used to.

Everyone’s body responds differently. I’d start with at least 2 days off per week and only cut them out of you aren’t gaining.

Clarification based on psychosadistik’s scary story: When wrapping with an ace bandage, you must be mindful of it. Do not wrap tight at all, just enough to keep it stretched. It doesn’t need to be stretched all the way either. When I wrap, I use a 2” ace that is cut in half lengthwise (only need about 15 inches). Pull you dick out straight, then start wrapping just below the head and just enough so the wrap doesn’t slip off. Wrap lightly down to the base and then back up until you are out of bandage. Fasten with the Velcro or just tuck the end into the last go-round.

You should be able to pee easily with the wrap on since it is not compressing anything. That’s a good test, but I don’t recommend this though since it is very likely you’ll end up dripping after you tuck it back in!

Again, be mindful that you have it on. Shove your hand down there every half hour and if their is any coldness, take it off and call it a day. Try the next day and wrap lighter. It’s better that the bandage lose it’s grip than you injure yourself.

Onenekkidguy, I didn’t have it tight. But yes, be mindful it is on. I never tried to pee with it on though since I didn’t want those random dribbler pisses to get the bandage wet.


August 2008: NBPEL 4"

I learned that hard way not to pee with it on! I was at work and took a piss in the urinal with the wrap on. I’d done it many times before without issue. When I got back to my desk and sat down, some trapped pee came out when I sat down and I had a noticible wet spot. Luckily it was the end of the day and there were only a couple of people left - plus I had a jacket that I could wrap around me while walking to the car. Embarrasing even if no one knew…

My recommendation is that you stretch every day. Be gentle but firm, and if you ever feel pain you’re doing something wrong. If your penis feels healthier throughout the day, you’re doing something right.
