Confused about reverse kegels
When I do the reverse kegel, I’m pretty sure I’m working the right muscle, the BC, but I’m always feeling tension in my stomach whenever I do it. The reverse kegel guides I read don’t mention anything about stomach, so I assume I’m not supposed to feel stomach tension. Also, I don’t feel anything in my penis. For regular kegels, you can feel the tug when you grab your penis, but I don’t feel anything for reverse kegels. Is that normal?
