Hey man, I had the same question but I later found out that penis size and sleeping on your stomach doesnt really matter. I measured 6 in. and then weks later still measured 6in. I sleep on my stomach all the time, I can’t sleep any other way. Hope that helps.

I’ve always slept on my side. Never on back or stomach. I was BPEL 7X5 pre-pe.

OK, so growth hormone levels peak right after workouts and during sleep. But does that mean that growth occur during the peaked levels - or do the hormones trigger a growth reaction over time? Is it really so that the cells grow in spurts, right after workouts and during sleep? I have no idea, but it seems likely that it is a slower process than that.

I sleep on my side, and poke ol’ one eye through the slot of my briefs so that if he needs to take a stretch, there’s nothing holding him back. Seems to me it can only help.

The solution is simple wants - sleep on your back two nights in a row!

Hehehe. Well the thread started had good intentions, but I have to agree with you guys. I do not think that sleeping position has something to do with penis size. I slept almost all of my life on my sides, either left or right and my penis size was about 5.5 BPEL.

You might look stupid when they discover that sleeping positions affect your size tho.. However I doubt it. Can’t hurt to help with this study though can it?

The only way I could see sleeping style effecting penis growth would have more to doing with where your testicles are. For example: If they were clamped between your thighs all night the increase in core heat could affect testosterone levels thus effecting penis growth. Just a 2cent brain fart :)

Increase in core heat would affect sperm maturation - but would it really affect testosterone production? I don’t know, but I don’t think they are directly related.

I think the main problem with this is that so many of us are so far beyond the point of getting puberty gains, that we’re completely and totally ambivalent.

The thread starter should bounce all the geezers like me who, doubtless, regard the discovery of some way to maximize pubescent gains with no small amount of envy….;)
