Condoms Baseball Bat shape

I have a baseball bat shape and it seems that when I where a condom it keeps riding up on me. I think this is because it expands to much on the shaft, then because the base is thinner it is to loose. Anybody else experiencing this? I guess I just need to put them on when I am less excited, because it is not baseball shaped when 90 erect. But it is hard for me to be just 90% right before. Any advice?

Condoms ride up on me also. I still have my foreskin and thought that was my problem. I use Trojan large (for size around) they don’t seem to ride up as bad.
