Conditioning for pumping

Hey all, this may be a stupid question, but how conditioned do I need to be to start pumping. I have been researching for a while and realize that maybe it is not that safe to use my penomet right from the start of my PE journey because of the intensity. Would it be alright to use along with jelq/stretch routine if I use a low pressure gator and limit sets to 15 minutes? Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do the newbie routine for at least 3 months. Leave the other exercises for later, after you’ve gotten well-conditioned. A lot of guys have such good gains with the newbie that they keep doing it, (maybe while increasing reps or intensity) as long as the growth is occurring. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Will do. Does anyone have any advise on modifying the stretching part of a newbie routine? Not the exercises but more so the time frame. You see I told my gf who lives with me my intentions last week and she freaked saying I didn’t need to make my member any bigger, so privacy is an issue. While I can get the jelqing portion done in the shower, I am not sure how to find 10-15 minutes a day to lock myself away.
