Concerned about vein
I want to start the newbie routine but am concerned about a vein I have. My dorsal vein go’s through my circumcision scar and inner foreskin I searched Google image and have yet to find a dorsal vein go this high up most end before the inner foreskin. It doesn’t hurt and is blue colored it’s also noticeable when flaccid I Can’t recall when it showed it has been there for at least 10 years. I wonder if I jacked off to hard when I was younger. I’m afraid to jelq because I don’t want it to burst. Help me out guys am I overreacting is it normal are should I have it looked at
