Hello all,

I’ve never done a single PE exercise. I’m interested only in girth exercises but I don’t know where to start. I’m also very curious about the maintenance required to keep these gains that I keep reading about. I can’t imagine that you simply do the exercises, get some gains, then they remain forever. Surely one must continue to do the exercises, forever, I’d guess. Right?

This site is intriguing to me because I don’t see any advertisements and the people posting here seem to be genuine. Some of the results that people post are pretty amazing and hard to believe though. Is this stuff for real?

Firstly before you get into any type of exercises start with the newbie routine:

You need to condition your buddy properly, but might I add to take it slow for you will need to do more and more to keep up with your goals.

Your gains can become permanent with proper exercises/timing/dedication.

Thank you for your reply. The routine you linked seems to focus heavily on jelqing, which is for length, right? Should I skip that part since I’m going for girth only?

Jelqing is for both length and girth .. But it is a good basis for any maintenance routine. If you want to focus on more girth than length .. Do your jelques with a 50% to 60% erection. Skipping jelques is not the answer though

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

…Aaaand even though stretches are considered a length exercise, they can aid in girth.

When I started out I mostly wanted girth so I didn’t think stretches were important. I was only doing jelqs and squeezes and clamping. It wasn’t until I Incorporated stretches into my routine that I achieved gains in girth.

Always Always Always start with the newbie routine. After three months you may want to begin to change things up.

Do not make any changes until gains stop. There is no fast way to get gains.

2009 Bpel-6 5/8", Eg-5"

2011 Bpel-7 3/8", Eg-5 1/4"

2013 BPEL-7 3/8", EG 5 3/8"

Welcome jirl. You can do PE and then stop and keep gains forever, but you have to deform the tissues in your penis beyond a certain point until they become permanent. You will always lose some size when you stop doing PE so if possible you want to reach a size higher than your goal so when you stop your always at your goal size. However once you start PE you will never want to completely stop since the boost in erection quality is something you do not want to lose.

What are your starting length and mid-shaft girth measurements??

PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

Thanks for your reply. I haven’t taken a proper length measurement (pushing the ruler against the bone) but my penis is 7 inches give or take, measured from the base. My girth is around 4.8 from the middle of the shaft. It’s a little larger at the base (again I know that this is where the measurements take place on this site but I haven’t done that yet). I’m not trying to get a monster penis, really 5.5 girth would be fine with me but if I ended up with more I wouldn’t complain!
