Complete newbie with questions.
I’ve never done a single PE exercise. I’m interested only in girth exercises but I don’t know where to start. I’m also very curious about the maintenance required to keep these gains that I keep reading about. I can’t imagine that you simply do the exercises, get some gains, then they remain forever. Surely one must continue to do the exercises, forever, I’d guess. Right?
This site is intriguing to me because I don’t see any advertisements and the people posting here seem to be genuine. Some of the results that people post are pretty amazing and hard to believe though. Is this stuff for real?
