I was hoping for some thoughts on the conditioning workout on okaydick.com, in fact is it a good program to use in general or should I ditch that and start a program on this site ?

My aims are to reach around 6.5/7 BPEL and 5.5 EG from 5 BPEL and 4.3 EG

Give the newbie or linear newbie routine a go.


Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

I am on the same page as you and I started following the conditioning program (just yesterday - my first PE workout ever, yaay) I think it is far better than what most “newbie” guides teach you (100-200 jelqs from day 1.), 20 jelqs looks far more newbie-friendly and every second workout you make 10 more. There is also a weekly quiz to check your PIs and measurements log (not really useful to me - I made an excel spreadsheet with 6-7 measurements to keep their track). Good luck!

The Newbie Routine can be a little too much for some (including me) at the start. I started with the Linear Routine, which was much easier going. I suggest you have a look at that. :)


Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.7¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (4th April 2017)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

Newbie is too much. Linear is much better.

I would recommend starting with the linear, finishing, continuing with the newbie doing 50%-75% of it, I am refering to the amount of time or reps, finishing and then finish with the newbie as it is.

Will give nice conditioning and some good newmbie gains IMO

In the end of every routine take a full week break and then start the other one.

So I should ditch that routine ? May give it two weeks and kick start the linear, fairly scared of injury, at 20 I’ve definitely not used my piece enough :D

Okay thanks, gonna try the other routine and see, it seems pretty similar anyway then move to something higher on this site
