Complete Newbie Here
I’ve been casually browsing the forums for some time now and figured I’d join in on the discussion and starting my journey with PE. I am 33 years old, happily married and want to improve myself for more selfish reasons. I wouldn’t ever want my wife to know because she might jump to the wrong conclusions with the reasoning behind it so I’m trying to keep this a secret.
Currently my BPEL is just over 6” with a girth of right around 5”. I’m a pretty short guy, 5’6” and about 30-35 lbs overweight at the moment so I’m secretly hoping there’s some more length hidden in there (haha!). I am also casually working out and hope to lose that weight in the coming months.
Anyway, I have three goals: 1) increase my length by 0.5”-1” if that’s at all possible, 2) increase the girth (if it’s even necessary), and 3) have bigger loads.
I don’t think I can try an extender so I’ve been casually and secretly trying some of the stretches and also started taking some of the supplements I’ve read about in other forums: L-Arginine, Zinc, Pygeum, Lecithin & Celery Seed.
Anyway, I would love to get some feedback and suggestions on what I should be focusing on exactly besides the newbie routines. It’s a bit overwhelming with the wealth of great information on this site, so any specific tips would be great.
