Complete new guy question
Hi all.I’m completely new here and haven’t started a routine yet although I have read enough to know I’m going to start with the newbie routine. Reading most of the comments here I see most, if not all the posters have their measurements at the bottom of their replies. I have looked around and I can’t find what they mean? Like BPEL? And NPEL or something like that. Can anyone point me in the right direction for these definitions as well as proper technique for obtaining these measurements? Thanks for any help
