Well, coming soon to end of second month.
My battle against changing my life, well it’s still a battle.
But there is some victory, I have managed to drop soda almost completely. I drink only like 1L now at month.
Not eating chips so much as used to, but it’s hard. I’m a gamer and what gamers do when they come together to play board games? Well eat unhealthy xD
I have found out that dried pineapple pieces keeps my sweethunger away quite a well. Eating around 1 handful per day of those is enough.

I’m now at 45 jelqs and 30sec + 15sec stretch’s once. Don’t know if it has any effect or downsides, but decided to go slowly for 30sec x2.
Should I change the routine, I mean 2 day on 1 day off? Or just go with that?
And it seems I have gained tiny weeny bit BPEL, 15.4cm now. So that’s around 6.1inch?
Didn’t measure girth yet. But nice to see even little bit advancement so far :P

The way I used to live have lasted around 8-9 years, I didn’t expect to change in a blink, but man it’s hard for me.
But wanted to tell everyone still doing it, slowly but surely for better direction.

My Long Term Goal: BPEL: 18cm / 7.1" Grith: 14cm / 5.5"

45 jelqs + 1 set of manul stretching. That sounds like too low volume.

It’s what I found at one newbie routine and I don’t mind starting up with that, After 2 months is done I start adding jelqs faster to my routine.
