Thank God I m back on PE.
I had blood coming out of my dick during jelqing may be due to over stretcing and it was so scray and awful for me tat for a moment i thought I have damaged my penis permanently but thanks to sparkyx and other senior guys wo helped me out.I took about three weeks off.
Although i got my harder erection back during the first rest week but i didn’t want to take risk so completed 3 weeks of rest.
Now my erections are as hard as ever.I have a happy giggling dick now.
Now its all set to start Pe again.
My routine these days is
10 mins of warm up wrap
2 manual stretches of 30 seconds each downward and right side(because I have heard that to gain length easily igaments should be stretched)and then 1 manual stretch each in up left and outward direction.And one 30 sec stretch with jelq grips one just under the glans and one near the base to stretch shaft skin to prevent hair on shaft and turkey neck as I have a little turkey neck also which i really hate.
80 jelqs of 3 sec with last few long jelqs.
3-5 mins warm wrap for warming down
Thats my routine.
I think it is very lineant kind of routine and should not cause any harms.
Any suggestions from PE giants out there.
