I’ve been absent from the forum awhile now due to the fact I’ve been very busy and made the choice that I would not be able to stop every other day masturbation and the fact I do it on my back. After seeing it shrink right before my eyes for months now, I’ve decided it’s time to put a stop to this. I’ve stopped my masturbation to 2x week and I can tell you it makes a difference. I haven’t been PEing either and I haven’t stopped doing face down either. But today is the first day that stops too. My questions: I’m looking to gain two inches this year. Possible? And can I just stick to the newbie routine without any lube or rings?

I’ll tell you straight away - your goal is unrealistic. Gaining two inches in general is possible, but not in one year. There have been members here who have gained that much, but over a span of a couple of years.

And yes, you can, that is you must stick to the newbie routine for at least a month. Lube is not necessary, you can dry jelq if it suits you better. Rings too, they are not obligatory for PE.

Start with the newbie routine, after a while incorporate more advanced exercises and up the intensity gradually. Maybe you are an easy gainer, maybe not, but if you are consistent gains will show.

I gained an inch in my first year doing nothing but mechanical stretching.

Recently I have begun to jelq for the first time and boy have I ever seen flaccid growth!

I am hoping that this will translate into more erect length as I stagnated after about a year of PE, took a rest, then got ill for a month and now I’m finally determined to master jelqing as I’m finally getting the hang of it.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

The first inch will be the easiest. Anything after that will take sheer determination, dedication, motivation, discipline, patience and a fair amount of luck and predisposed genetics I would say.

Goals are tricky, you want to make them realistic. Setting them too low or too high will be a real motivation killer. 2 inches in a year would be, almost without any doubt, too high. Why don’t you do the newbie routine for 3 months, see what the results are, and then set a long term goal based on what you gain.
