I read all about newbie routine and there is one stretching and one jelqing exercise, but for both there are many exercises. How to combine them??


Just start with the basic stretch exercises and the normal wet or dry jelq. In a few months you can add other manual exercises if you want but don’t rush. Just follow the newbie routine, it has been proven.
