College Workout

G’day mates, I just got into my hostel and was thinking of changing my workout area since my toilet is like a tiny claustrophobic area.

A question about the Aladdin’s bottle thou, if I pour boiling hot water into the plastic bottle won’t it shrink or crinkle up? Secondly is there anyone else here from Australia because I’ve decided to go for hanging but don’t know whether the stuff is available in Bunnings Warehouse (I checked the alternatives to be safe).

Thirdly, does hanging require my lower body to be naked or just my penis and balls freely hanging because I have a pair of boxers with a slit for the penis area.

One of the moderators (secjay) WORKS at Bunnings near Sydney. :D He’ll know what’s there and what’s not.

Hanging requires the area around the ropes and pulleys or free swinging weights to be clear of obstructions. If you can clamp on a hanger to your penis and keep the rest away from your clothes then you should not have to be naked.

You don’t want to use boiling water as a warmup. Have you considered a dry source of heat like a rice sock (search for it with the button at the top of the page)?

About the Aladdin’s bottle..

It depends by the bottle you are using. I use a plastic bottle for milk. Its plastic is hard, therefore it don’t shrink :)

BTW, I use HOT water (not BOILING) and it works great ;)
