Cold Stretching Throughout the day
I read about someone’s cold stretching that I’ve altered a little. Whenever I’m at work (3-4 days/wk) and I use the bathroom, I put 2 fingers under the base of my shaft, and grip low to touch my fingers, and bend it over (to stretch the top) for 15 sec. I then add 3 fingers, stretch, and sometimes 4 fingers to stretch/flatten the entire shaft. I also do this to the left and the right. I don’t stretch up as I can never get a good grip. I feel (and look) a little thicker, but don’t want to measure until next week. Is there any other cold stretch that I could possibly fit into a pee break (length or girth)? I’m assuming if I add a quick length exercise, it won’t affect the girth exercises I just did? I’m doing this 3-6 times per day while at work, then I heal on my off days (with the wife around).
